How do I Learn English speaking soon?

I come from China. I am an engineer .I want to learn English speaking in short time because of the business. How can I do? Thank you!

...Your English is very good. My best suggestion is to read books, magazines and/or newspapers to smooth out the rough edges. ...Then write to someone in English. Thank you very much! I have read the English books,magazines .But there are many words I don't know its' means. So I will havn't stomach soon. Because it is difficult for reading with a dictionary.

I came to US 11 years ago with minimum English knowledge. When I listened conversation, I could not even separate it into separate words. I started listen radio and watch TV, even I understood very little. Eventually, it all came together. Be patient and do not feel bad for your accent or poor comprehension. Do not be afraid to ask for clarification. And, good luck. If you are a good engineer, your co-workers will give you some credit and will help you to improve your English.
