What is the biggest diasppointment to you lately?

My biggest disappointment to me lately that it is very difficult to find a job for me. Why? Because i just live in here for 3 years and my Dutch not good enough to work at the office again. At my own country, i worked as supervisor finance accounting dept. And in here?? I am full time mother ^_^;; I try to find a job but i don't want 5 days a week work. It is difficult for me to let other people babysit my son (15 months). So if want to work, i want part time maybe 2-3 times a week. Still difficult to find.... I hope next year is better....^_^;;

well lemme see...i actually didn't dwell in the frustration part, but if there's one thing that i was expecting and wanted so bad, it is to have a baby. we have been trying to conceive these past months and last month i underwent medication. still no conception and period. it's november now. still no sign of anything. but we are waiting upon the Lord and He renews our strength each day. so i don't feel bad. i trust in His perfect timing. :-)

Hi youless, I understand that it was really a great disappointment that your well planned schedule was interrupted by the amended new public holiday rule. Hope that you still could find other days to visit your husband’s family. Yesterday night when I came back from my five days vacation I found that nearly half of my lovely vegetables at the backyard had been eaten by the nasty snails. I felt rather disappointed as my effort of planting them was wasted. I was still lucky that not all of the vegetables were gone.

Down to one day from 7?Bummer.they just cut it and they never told you why? I would be livid.I am so sorry.My biggest disappointment is that I can't see any hockey games that I would want to watch.Before the strike, there were games on ESPN and you could see many good games and it was free.

My biggest disappointment lately was my doctors appointment yesterday. I found out I have polyps, again! This makes three times now. It seems like lately every time I start getting back on track I have another health issue. Now I have to take care of this. I just want to be healthy and do what I want to do. Now with the holidays coming up I have tests to look forward to.

The biggest disapointment is I founda really great job. The boss was nice, there were benefits. The pay was great. It was a good working environment but the one girl that worked with me was stress out and very rude to me so I had to leave the job.

Life has always something to cherries and to be disappointed but this kind of holidays pending, is this due to work demand or just for some adjustment for no reason?

We in India, have only one day as May holiday, and on what occasion will you get holidays in stretch like this, as for a week, in china. Take care.

Hello youless. I hold the same opinion that the government is not supposed to cancel the long May holiday as this is the best time for those who work far away from their home to pay a visit to their family and friends. This is the only chance for them to do so. I feel so bad that the government wants to change the practice that I like. I don't care about having an extra holiday, but I care about the long and concentrated long May holiday. The government is stupid trying to change it against our will. Sighing. We could do nothing if they plan to.

The rocket team have loss three games! I feel so bad!

i was planning to go home for a while[just for a 1 month vacation!] but i couldnt anymore. it would cost me quite a big amount of money. and my sponsor is afraid i wont be going back here. im kinda disappointed to it cause i was really excited on it. maybe i could go home some other time!

My present life. No many friends. Can not visit my parents. In a foreign country. Just for making money. Not happy.

The biggest disappointment to me? hmmm.... a lot! There are certain things that I thought I would not do again or experience again, but it seems there are lots of bad decision that I make that lead to one disappointment to another. I guess that is how we live life and the important thing is we learn from every disappointments taht we have.

Well, my biggest disappointment lately and probably the biggest in my entire life... is being told that the job i like or my dream job is coming to an end... after only 5 months... I started in August... and i declined other job offers that would pay more... but i chose this one because of the flexible hours and its nearness to my apartment... then just this week... the person who hired me told me that they are not going to push through with the project... I am so disappointed... but life goes on... so i need to move on...

The latest disappointment, as i remember is the drop in my star rating. I've slipped down from 10 to 9. The only good news is, the reputation has'nt dropped more. It was 96 earlier and now I'm at 95. I'm sitting on the fence right now.:-)
