It all depends. I liked James Gagney in White Heat, you know the mama's boy makes bad and when he was in those flames at the end and said, "Top of the World, Ma!:" For modern movies, the best is the Godfather Series, and the best was when Michael ordered the murder of the rival gang leaders at his godfather's baptism, and you could see when the priest asked him if he renounced Satan and all that, you could see Michael's hypocrisy all through that and that at the end, you knew that he was truly alone, no friends, no family, just him. The best good part was when his son does not want to be a mobster and becomes an opera singer. It is like a fight between good and evil.

My Godfather moment is when Michael tell Fredo that he knows he was involved in the plot to kill him.

I would have to say anyone in the Godfather movies. I guess I especially liked when Al Pacino became the Godfather. He was awesome!
