modus operandi of paying by mylot??????

several months passed away i have become a member of MyLot but still i am ignorent about the way mylot pays per replying to a discussion. a few weeks ago some one told me you must not have clicked on SUBMIT button. but despite replying more than one discussion my balance sow either same or hardly one cent increased. Can any one enlighten me of the way one gets paid by my lot ? as this partially to support my life though i have not started to work for mylot regularly
