How do you like your shopping?

To many of us, shopping is a recreational activity. To some, shopping is a task of inconvenience and it feel more like a chore to them. And some are shopoholics who just can't get enough of shopping. These are the people who need the "shopping fix" constantly and who take retail-therapy a tad too seriously. What is your preferred shopping experience? Do you like to window shop? Do you like to join the crowd and bust in the atmosphere? Or do you prefer to shop online in the comfort of your home?

I used to love shopping so much. I'd window shop and hang out at the mall for hours. Now I find it stressful and I like to be in and out as soon as possible. I don't really like to shop online because you can't see the product. If something is wrong it is always a pain to ship it back.

Well most men don't enjoy shopping as well. They like to go in there and get what they want. I think I'm becoming part of that shopping group. There are too many people and I don't have a lot of money. I've also gained a lot of weight so clothing doesn't fit me and I find it depressing and frustrating trying on thing after thing that won't fit.

I like shopping, but I only like it when my parents are paying it up for me.. I can't think of buying my own stuff with my own money.. I tend to save a lot of it... And I don't like online shopping at all.. U don't get to see the exact picture while shopping online...

I think you are missing out on all the fun with online shopping. You should try it someday, but make sure the site has some sort of trust mark, before you give out any credit card details.

I hate shopping, of any kind, food or clothes, I can't be bothered to go into crowded shops, high streets. I much rather do as much shopping as is possible on the net. I don't like crowds and I getting very impatient, with queues and people. I do the bare minimum, I go into town get what I want and come home, I don't shop around, usually I check on the internet first to find the best bargain if I have to get it from the high street, saves so much time and hassle.

I like a little of both shopping online and at a store. I guess it just depends on my mood. Although I have done shopping online for one year.

I love shopping but the part that I do not like is the paying part. LOL! Therefore, most of the time when I have no budget for shopping, I would still go to the malls but for window shopping only. Normally, i would leave my credit cards at home when I am doing that. Just in case. LOL!

Leaving the credit cards at home is probably the smartest move! Window shopping is the most cost-effective way to shopping. LOL!!

Most of the time I will only go shopping when I need to buy something. That is when I will do a lot of shopping, be it online or off. I will walk the street to visit the various shops, do my research online, then go back to do a price comparison. Till I am satisfied that I got the best value for money, I will not put my dollar down. But most times, I will be walking around shopping centers to accompany my wife on her retail therapy sessions. We don't buy much. It is the looking and seeing that makes the shopping session fun. Sometimes, we just sit down for a cuppa at some cafe and look at all the busy going ons in the street, observing people as we relax with our favorite beverage. It is quite fun too. You should try it. Gives us a chance to share our views on the things we observe, there by bringing us closer together! ;)

Yes i know what you mean....watching the world goes by with your favourite cuppa in hand. I'm not the most avid online shopper, but I do make a lot of price comparison so that I can make informed choices if there's something I need to buy, online or offline.

Heh heh... I guess I am not alone when it comes to hunting for a bargain eh? So, how do you usually go about to get the different pricing from the various store for comparison? Do you use the traditional method of walking store to store? Or do you do research from the net and just use those info to help you make a decision? Or do you specifically hunt down all the ulu store that still hold the products to get a better bargain?
