It would probably help you to put on some weight if you try drinking a meal replacement chake, like Slim Fast or Boost, WITH your meals, as your drink, so you will be getting lots of extra calories that way. Also try to eat lots of protien, espceially if you exercise, this will help you to build muslce in your legs and arms and make them bigger.

My mayor is feeds and feeding,in my view,it is your physical problem, many people have this problem, you shoud eat food more easy to disposit,take more excersise,eat something that can make your stamec actively!

My husband used to drink some weight gainer shakes by Body Fortress. You just mix the powder with whole milk and there is about 4000 calories in one shake he would drink two of them a day it really helped him to put on weight when he was getting to skinny.
