Who is behind Mylot?

I am curious about the site I am spending so much time on. Of course, I understand the basics of it. I can promote my website here, and I can earn for posting messages based on my interests. But, I sure would like to know the 'human aspects'. Who started Mylot? Who manages it? Who pays us? Anybody knows anything about this?

Whoever it may be, they are actually doing an amazing job which no other site on the net could achieve so far in the internet history, i.e., paying its users regularly and maintaining its integrity and quality. By the way, just wanted to let you know that you cannot promote your website here, its against ther terms of service.
