When someone just stares at you, what do you do? how do you feel?
Personally i experienced two scenarios; because it would depend on how they stare at me, there are times that they stare because they admire my clothes or how i look for that day - that was ok...
I also experienced someone staring and i felt harassed and afraid. I wanted to walk very fast and get inside my car where i feel safe or just go to a place with lots of people. It was realy scary.
How about you? Did you also had similar experiences? What did you do?

My response changes.
Sometimes I HATE being stared at.
Especially if I'm eating.
I feel completely awkward when that happens.
When I'm feeling particularly confident or attractive I am more able to just ignore it.
Ocassionaly I will feel flattered, but that's not often. Most of the time it seems rude to me.
Rarely does staring come across to me as a sign of admiration. Usually it just comes across as oggling.

I hate being stared at when I'm eating, it makes me feel uncomfortable.
I also dont like people randomly staring at me like as if I'm doing something wrong. Like when I'm in a store with my friends and we're fooling around and stuff.
I've also been in experiences where some people have scary stares.
But I don't mind being stared by cute guys (unless im eating).

It happens a lot. I don't really know what they're looking at. Maybe I look weird or funny. Anyway I just ignore it. I don't care too much about other people's opinion anyway.
I myself tend to stare too, if there's a woman that's absolutely, stunningly, incredibly beautiful or sexy. Some women are just absolutely out-of-this-world gorgeous, with flawless skin and a pretty face. It's hard to resist appreciating that kind of beauty.

Hi,there! Well,I used to have bad feeling about that. I felt not comfortable at all in the past when others stared at me.But nowadays,I get used to that.I don't care about others' staring too much now.I understand about your feeling.I was also somehow embarrassed in the past when I came across such situation, but I just don't take that too seriously now and behave the way that I behave.I'd like to tell you:Just take it easy and you'll feel better:) Have a nice day!

I get stared at for veing in a wheelchair, being queer, and in some cases being black, especially in the South, where I don't go often (I'm a Yankee). I absolutely hate it.

well me so many times i caught some people staring at me, usually girls. But im happy of it because i feel that they're admiring me.But if the one staring me is a chief girl i feel that im about to melt if will not avoid her gaze. The reason why some people are gazing to you is either he/she admire you or criticize you.

I get stared at every day, from the time I leave my apartment to the time I get home. I'm working in China as an English teacher at the moment, and they're fascinated by westerners. Add to that I'm working in a village (no, not some small little town with 100 people - in China, it's considered a village if there's less than 100,000 people there, but that's another story), so I'm the only foreigner in this area.
What it basically means is that I'm stared at all day. Occasionally someone will work up the courage to say hello, and then look completely shocked and run in the other direction when I greet them back. Definitely makes for an interesting experience.
