It can be several times a week as we eat plenty of whole foods. However, in the summer months we may not even go shopping weekly as we grow much of our own produce.

Wow, that's great! I would like to have my own garden sometime. Fresh, homegrown vegetables always seem to taste better than the ones you buy in the store.
