what can we have to do to decreace tension

tension is common thing which may come to any one due to pressure from many source to decrease tension be happy and try to be happy and lugh as much as you like by seeing comdey and other thing which make you to feel happy then the hole day will be very happy without tension and we will have lot of energy to do wantever we want and you have any other answer to get rid of tension then respond me

Deep Breathing and getting away from the situation which is making you tense. And sometimes for some people, just stop taking things so seriously. Some people do get worked up over pretty much nothing. Find out that one thing that can relax you and just do it. Every person is different. I like music, certain songs can relax me because the lyrics help me get rid of any frustration....its hard to explain sometimes. But if it works for you, it works.

I think that when we are stressed out, we need to do something we enjoy. For some people, that's taking a walk to get away from what's bothering them. Other people prefer to read a book, listen to music or watch a movie to escape for awhile.
Exercise is also a great way to relieve tension, and is good for your health at the same time! A massage or a spa are other good options for looking after yourself and helping you to relax.

since I started going to the YMCA with my wife..we exerecise and swim and use the hot tub and sauna..it helps a lot..also i try to exercise more..today was good as i cut the grass and picked up most of the leaves..it is that time of year..time spend exercising outside in the "sunshine" helps..and having a FAITH you can live with..meditation? Yoga? my friend like to study Budha..but he likes it..i am a Christian..but I am not a fanatic..you go to the belief that makes you happy...
Eating good food...good nutrition..stay away from too much sugar or booze,,smoking..etce etc..try to keep your weight down..all these will help you..i know i have to lose the pounds..but i don't smoke or drink now..lol..but i do have to lose the love handles..

hello sanji! u r worried; so having tension. u focus on the right feelings ,it will alleviate worry and tension.to achieve peace and serenity of mind u just chant a mantra OM or sound which u love most and focus on the moment of chanting of mantra.this focuses the wondering mind on the chanting.do it for at least 15 minutes.then lessen yor focus on sound and feel the feeling.focus on the feeling of your chanting i.e. u r chanting out of love.by doing so u r focusing on the feeling rather than object.then stop chanting and focus on the feeling.merge in that feeling,loss yourself in this feeling.do it repeatedly for 30 minutes daily early morning.go on with this practice for the rest of your life and live a tension-free life. at the same time u start practising the art of laughing because laughter isa revitalising tonic that heightens and brightens our mood,gently releaving us of tension.laughter reduces the neuro=endocrine hormone associated with stress response. thank u very much.
