Why most people don't have breakfast?

Nowadays, most people don't eat breakfast. The important cause is they don't have times to eat. When they get up in the morning, they take a bath and hurry to go to school or do work. But I think breakfast is the important meal because we do many activity, we lost to the energy and the body want some food for replace the lost energy. But a part of people want to have good shape. They don't have breakfast and lunch. Sometime they don't have dinner too. If you don't eat some food. Do you have good helth?

No, I do not miss my breakfast, come what may. I do take something say milk or biscuits or something like that. I ensure that my stomach is not empty, before going out of the house for my work.

The reason is because they wanted to have a better shape and to lose more weight. Sometimes, they have no time to eat already. Personally, in my own point of view, the aforementioned reasons are not reasonable and acceptable. Forgetting your breakfast is not proper. As what you have mentioned, it is the most important meal of the day, so we have to eat as much as possible for us to become healthy and strong.:-)

There is misunderstanding about eating and good shape. In oreder to be in good shape, you have to eat. Breakfast is very important. Most skinny people eat every 3 or 4 hours if the can. I am skinny, but I have to eat every 4 hours.
