Hi mushroomLady, Another alternative to regain your Vitamin E. I think you can look at any pharmacy for "Wheat Germ Oil"; is rich in Vitamin E and other vitamins such as Provitamin A, Vitamin F and lecithin, and it promotes healthy skin. OR Why not you try for original honeybee. Today I have responded to one discussion about honeybee and anti-wrinkles; http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1331938.aspx Look at No. 4, for; "Make an ANTI-WRINKLE MASK by mixing: 2TBSP. of honey with 2 tsp. of milk. apply to your face for 10 minutes, then rinse & enjoy the results! HAPPY DAPPY.

Hi goodsign, I hv tried wheatgerm oil. My skin had oil seeds after using it. Too rich for my skin, I guess. I tried honey soap b4 n had breakout n it also makes the surface of my skin very dry. Your 'petua' is honey with milk... what type of milk?

You can use NESTLE UHL cow milk but please not for 'condensed' or 'sweetened' milk. For my entire family daily skin treatment, we used 'salt soap bar' and it only cost MYR10.00/bar. Available at Sunday Market, Stadium Melawati, Shah Alam, Selangor. It's well proven to my family to prevent any skin disease, including acnes, pimples and fungicide related disease.

I was reading in Reader's Digest last month and it was saying that we don't need as many vitamins as we think we do. My former doctor who works out of Brotman Medical Center in Culver City told me that I did not need to take all those different vitamins on the market. He prescribed Folic Acid and that is all. I use to take a lot of different vitamins and I know that Vitamin E and A can be good for a lot of things. But, it is not something that your body hast to have. Try using Oil Of Olay products.

I'm not sure about being allergic to vitamin e, especially since it is something our body needs. It is more likely that the products you have been using had things in them that are what hold the proteins and vitmains. I'm not sure which products you would be able to use that only have vitamin A. I think you would probably have to get them through a store like Myers and pay an arm and a leg for them. Maybe a chemist would have what you are after or a herbalist. Good luck, and I hope you find what you are looking for soon.
