Do you think Qingdao is a suitable living place?

I'm a postgraduat student and I have been here less than two monthes.I studied in Weihai for four years before I came here.I preferd Weihai to Qingdao though there's strong wind in Weihai.Qingdao is dump,I think.Besides,it's said that there's little snow in winter here.I think it's not beautiful without snow in winter.
SO WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT IT?JUST TELL ME YOUR OPINIONS.
