Sachin is a great player and after his retirement surely he should be the coach of Indian Cricket Team . It will really improve the batting as well as bowling performance of our players . Also , getting a an Indian coach for the team , that also a player like Sachin Tendulkar is really an advantage to the team.

Its almost fixed that Sachin would either play county cricket for some more years or immediately join IPL[Indian Premier League] created by BCCI......but master blaster still owns his hotel known as Tendulkar's near Gate Way Of India.......I wish him best for his future

I personally feel that sachin will take up commentary as his career as soon as he retires. I feel that he will be more interested in a desk job like commentary or analyzing matches rather than any adventerous jobs like refeeing, umpiring, or coaching, or even bollywood etc.

Given the respect that Sachin commands from the youngsters, I would recommend that he becomes a coach. He can fine tune a lot of the youngsters. It would be great if he can server the NCA in some capacity.
But, finally it is upto Sachin to make his choice and let's see what he chooses to do!!
Cheers!
