My poor mom fell and broke her wrist and is in surgery

My poor mom fell and broke her wrist she has to have surgery. Last night she was cleaning a ceiling fan and was standing on an end table. She fell off and broke her wrist. She has several hairline fractures and the doctor said they will not heal on there own. She is in surgery right now. They are either going to put a metal plate in her wrist or put in some donor bone. Please keep her in your thoughts.

I have a fear of falling like that when I am doing things where you have to stand on things, I usually do them when someone is here to help me, I hope your mothers is ok and comes home soon, take care of her..

Ouch that sounds like it hurts. I hope your mom goes through surgery well and has a fast speedy recovery.
