Drink Urine Water

I don't know it right or mistake. My parent give me advise that every morning better drink my urine water it self.Purpose like medicine for my health.Do you have any oponion ebout that

it's toooooooooo bad to hear that your parents suggested you to drink urine water. urine is the only waste comes from our body.how i can we drink again it. we take food to supplement some vitamins&calories to our body.waste from the body can not have any use to our body. so i suggest you not to follow your parent advice in this matter.

There is no way I could do this, I have heard many famous people have been known to do it but this is not for me I am afraid but each to their own I say...
