Theres so many types of oil and everyone claims to be heart and health friendly. I'm using groundnut oil. But which is the healthiest? Groundnut, sunflower, gingely, rice bran, coconut? What do you use?

I watch a lot of cooking shows on TV and they all seem to say olive Oil is the best good quality olive oil, from what they say it contains the type of oil that our bodies need and a small quantity of this is good.

I use mainly EVOO (extra virgin olive oil). It's a very healthy alternative.

a lot has been talked about the goodness of Sunflower oil. Though it is said to be better, lack of physical activity could aggravate heart problems irrespective of the edible oil used. Thanks.
