Elf camp

My friend told me that at the elf camp all the way at the west edge of runescape,there Are addy hallys just sitting on the ground,is this true?

Not unless a player droped them there & then it was only true for a few minutes. The haliberts are sold in the tyras camp store on the southern end of the elf kingdom.

Sorry but that is not true. A player must have dropped them. Play safe and see you guys around.
