When someone keeps too much eye contact with you does it make you feel uneasy?

it totally creeps me out in fact .. i have no idea where to look..I cant stand it lol.. Then I start feeling like there is something on my face. Its the same feeling I get one a person is really close to me and in my personal space .. I say back up and avert your eyes..at least a little bit
