Hi and hello bfarrier.
I think you should eat eel. My grandmother said it is good for skin and may look your skin younger and smoother. You should try it. I am sure you will satisfied with it. Hope a best of good luck!
HAPPY LUCKY.

could be nutritional. if, however, you are taking suppliments for this and meet or exceed the daily intake of water, try aloevera topically and check into parasite cleansing. everyone has 'em and you can detox, expel 'em and get your skin back. www.sonnes.com uses #7 detox and #9 evac. www.reliv.com for nutrient replacement.

Have you tried any of the Aveeno products? I use the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion and absolutely love it. It's by Johnson & Johnson.
If you haven't tried it, here's a website that you can check out if you'd like....www.aveeno.ca....it shows all their products.....hope this helps a little.

if you have that problem since before not only because of the weather you should consult to the dermatologist or doctor to check if is normal dry skin or maybe you have problem in you body and skin i have also dry skin specially in winter im using vaseline petroleum jelly every minute specailly in the hands which is always dry when we wash our hand and when you taking a bath try to use olive oil and fine salt or sugar and scrub it in your skin and leave for 15minutes after that when you taking a bath already scrub your skin with loofah but not hard and after you finish put vaseline petroleum jelly maybe it will help:-)

My skin is always dry in the winter. I can't find any lotion to help it either. It gets dry and itchy. Eucerin is suppose to be really good for eczema (which is dry skin that is itchy). I like it ok but I have to use it often. Aquaphor is a brand of Eucerin that is really good on my daughers eczema. It's a little expensive though. I would suggest getting a lotion that is for eczema.

I was in the same situation as you. My skin was so dry even if i take 8 glasses of water everyday.
As i got to my home country , went to see the doctor. I also have the case that tiny red spots come out anytime and every year, my dermatologist says its dermatitis. It comes out when its too cold or hot. It both dries my skin.
She told me to use Dove soap or any soap that has a PH level for skin and use lotion with no scent because it can irritate my skin more. Put lotion as much as i need, drink plenty of water, eat healthy (GREEN and FRUITS!) and stay away from the heat or wrap your body well when going out in cold.
