Does your child have a favorite toy or blanket?

My little one does. It's an Eeyore that my husband got him on his first birthday while we were at Disneyland. He takes this little stuffed toy all over the house. When he's beyond tired and nothing will calm him down, we lay him down and give him Eeyore and his bottle he relaxes immediately. It is amazing to me that that toy can do so much.

My son is now nine years old and he still sleeps embracing his Voltes V pillow. He carries it wherever he lays (even in the living room when he watched tv). He got this pillow as a gift during his first birthday from one of his godmother.

Our oldest has a few little stuff animals that she trade off on which one is her favorite, but she isn't totally attached to any of them. I'm kind of glad none of our kids grew attached to animals or blankets. I know a kid who is 7 now who still carries around a stuffed dog wherever he goes. The thing looks disgusting and i've actually seen him wipe his nose on it.

LOL, that's gross. Anyhow, our little one just really carries his Eeyore around the house when he needs a little comforting. It's just so cute to see him with it...I guess I'm a typical mom gushing over her little kid. LOL
