What is the name of the christian band who sings the song SWEPT AWAY???

...Last Monday, at my girlfriend's funeral, her son had a song played while they were showing slides of Chris. He told a story of how she had gotten up for a drink and he asked her to listen to this song. She sat on his bed with his ipod hooked in her ear singing the chorus. I could picture her doing this. It was very touching.
...Does anyone know who sings it? Is there a band called Providence or something like that? Is it their song?
