Do your friends get along with your significant other?

Do you and your significant other like each other's friends? Do any of your (or their) friends ever cause fights between you? Do you have mutual friends? I've noticed that the longer my husband and I are together, the fewer friends we have. He doesn't particularly like many of my friends (from before I met him), and vice versa. I don't see my friends very often, and neither does he. We don't have very many mutual friends but that is the direction we're heading. I would rather have a few good couple friends than individual groups. I think it's easier that way.

My boyfriend gets along pretty well with my friends, but they aren't that close. I think I get along better with his friends because we hang out with them more often.

That makes sense. I found that when I am in a relationship, it is usually their friends we hung out with more than mine. I'm glad everyone gets along so well in your situation.

Yes, my hubby is very friendly so she gets along well with my old and new friends.

Well good, that's exactly the way it should be! I'm glad you and your husband get along with each other's friends so well. It makes for a much happier, healthier relationship I think. Unfortunately, I can't say the same is true for my husband and I. Certain friends cause friction in our marriage.
