I eat a normal amount everyday, maybe less than the average person. But I still seem to gain weight or increase body fat. I'm guessing it's because I have a super slow metabolism. It's so stressful cause my friends eat literally about three times more than me and yet they maintain their weight and never gain fat. So what can I do??

Well everyones body burns fat at different levels so the first thing you need to do is stop comparing yourself to your friends. Second thing you need to do is maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising. Maybe you have a low exercise level. The more active you are the higher metabolism you'll have. Third thing you need to do is look at what you eat. Maybe you're eating a lot of sugar and fat. White grains and excess simple carbohydrates will cause you to gain weight. Try eating whole grains and avoid fast food. Fourth thing to do is look at the times you eat. Don't eat 3 hrs before bed. Eat a lot of smaller meals throughout the day instead of three big ones. Finaly, if you have done all the above things and are still having problems there are some super foods to try. -Green tea helps speed up the metabolism and also has many anti-oxidents. -Pineapples are a super food. They are very high in vitamin C and anti-oxidents. They also contain a digestive enzyme that helps digestion. -Spurlina is a grass that is added to many things like juices. Try this as it will aid in digestion.

First of all, try not to get frustrated. If you think of yourself in a negative way, you decrease your chances of changing your body. In your mind, decide you are okay with the way you look now. Then, welcome new thoughts to enter your life and you'll change the way you think. Create a visual image of how you would like to look. Think about how good you will feel about your body as it changes. Be creative in your thinking and find out what excites you and makes you feel good. Let go of your stress. Changing the way we think, changes our life. I think everyone else covered advice on proper diet and exercising. I know weight watchers is an easy program to follow and has great results. You can do it once you're open to change.

You should eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day, when you eat less than the average perosn, you body can go into "starvation mode" and slow down your metabolism since is is conserving calories. So try to eat small meals of HEALTHY fruits, vegies, and PROTEINS!, also, Vitamin B6 supplements help with energy and metabolism levels
