I am a heavy smoker and drinker when I was young. It is my way of combatting stress and worries. I grew up with not-so-friendly environment. That is why, i was influenced by people around me. Who sort on it to escape realities of life. But I quitted already a long time ago. Health issues and i don't want my kids to do the same. I am into clean living now.

Well, I am not a smoker, nor do i drink. but if you ask which one will i give up (if i do both), i'll give up smoking. it has the potential to cause cancer and is very dangerous not only to my health, but also to those who are near me!

I rather not somke. I hate the felling of smoke in th lunghs and the taste and smell suck also. Drinking is fun but it has landed me and jail and put a really big dent in the bank account. DUI'S suck. That said I have not had a drink in 14 months but do miss it from time to time but in the end i see it does more harm than good.

For me, I would rather not smoke. It makes me cough and puts me at risk of all sorts of cancers as well as countless cardiovascular and respiratory problems. Drinking on the other hand only puts me at risk of liver failure (if I drink too much), falling, doing silly things and blurting all my secrets out. Overall risk is still higher for smoking, and it's something I vow to myself never to touch until the day I die; and that explains too why I hate others smoking around me!
