Tiramisu is a classic Italian Cake which is made from sponge finger (as the base), coffee, mascarpone cheese and so on.. I love the coffee taste and the creamy layer of the cake. However, I don't like the sponge finger as the cake base.. Do you like Tiramisu? and why you like it?

Tiramisu became my favourite cake after i try it once.. haha.. B4 that, i used to like chocolate cake because of the thick creamy chocolate layer.. LOL.. But after trying the tiramisu, i fall in love with it because of the texture of the cake and the coffee cream scent is strong but not too much of the taste :) hehe..

Actually I haven't taste tiramisu yet, but as far as I have read so many peoples comment that tiramisu is tasty. I haven't have a chance yet to make it myself...I will try it once I have the ingredients. But personally I think I must agree with all the comments which I have read because the combination taste of cream and the coffee,...is just tasty...

You know, this evening my spouse brought me for a window shopping for my baking things. I saw the lady fingers were there at the baking supplier shop. I am very happy as now I know where to find it. My tiramisu resipe is using either the sponge cake or the lady fingers.

I can remember back in my early college days, there was a cafe who made very delicious cakes and one of them was their tiramisu. I always hung around my friend's house back then, and this cafe is just a few blocks away from their place. I remember we would buy tiramisu and we would pig out. It was really fun. hahaha. We always had a blast and one of the good memories was this one eating our hearts out.(= It's funny, I haven't eaten tiramisu in a very looong time. It has been way more than ten years. That cafe is gone, and I would be glad if I can taste something like that again, somehow, others I have tasted before don't compare to how good that was.

It really bad that the shop had gone and you never taste any tasty tiramisu again. I also only prefer the tiramisu from the same shop which the boss is a true Italian~ I hope the shop will never close down so I can taste it again whenever I want~

I attempted to make Tiramisu once so that I could try it, but mine did not turn out very well. I have not attempted it since, but should because I would still like to taste what a good Tiramisu tastes like. Is there anyone with a really great and at least half way easy recipe I could attempt?

All my friends are crazy about tiramisu but I don't like it. It is too dry for my taste. I tried many different tiramisues and didn't like any of them. My sister makes it and everybody adores it and they make her make it for each birthday and for every party she attends but I just don't like it. When I say that people look at me with a pale expression on their face and say -You don't like tiramisu??? But what can I do, I just don't like it.

Lol... I also have one friend who do not like tiramisu at all! but since your sister can bake tasty tiramisu, I really wonder what is the reason you do not like it..XD but of cause, like you said, you just don't like it... sometimes we just cannot explain why we do not like something right? So what cake you prefer?
