hello!please do some exercise to reduce weight.it is important and change your food style.don't take any junk food and soft drinks.give up drinking habits,if any.practise dieting.i mean not reducing your intake quantity . u take such food the calorie value of which may be minimum. no meat or fish. instead, i recommend living foods like sprouts specially of green gram,beans,lentils and fenugreek. living foods hold the key to good health. sprouts have the highest level of easily absorbable nutrients.they increase vitality,strengthen the immune system,regulate weight and slow down aging process because they r packed with vitamins and minerals,and r high in protein but low in fat.consumption of these items will reduce your calorie intake by at least 30% eating germinated foods helps in cutting energy intake. for example, in sprouted green gram the overall enrgydecreases by 15%but protein availability increases by 30%.being of low calorie value,sprouts are excellent for sliming down and losing weight. ok.good luck.

eat a good and healthy breakfast...follow a diet plan like weight watchers ( the easiest and cheapest in the world) have a fellow weight losser pal who will exercise with you and keep you motivate your self and don't weight yourself every day..once a week at most...combinaton of diet and exercise...see a doctor if you have health concerns like blood pressure or diabetes..etc etc. good luck as 95 % of the people who go on a diet fail...they have to high of expectations and give up on their goals too soon.
