is Mobik sending you the ordered items?

I am a mobik user and struggled hard to make more members. But when I order for an item, it is not showing me up the order details properly. When I sent a mail to them , it was bounced and when I call them they are not responding. Latest update is they have cleared the contact numbers in their website. Any one came across this situation? please guide me.
