There lived a Person in a Village who wanted that people should recognise him as a great devotee and hold him in high esteem.
So he would sit with closed eyes in a Siva temple of the village from very early in the morning to till 10.00pm, pretending that he is doing Japa ( reciting Gods name repeatedly)
The priest of the temple was put to a great inconvenience and reached home very late, because of the conduct of this Devotee. He had to lock the temple door before going home, but he could not do so lest, he would disturb the devotee in meditation.
So the priest's daily routine was upset.
After a passage of time the priest was so concerned that he wanted to test if this man is a real devotee or not.
So one day.. he put himself behind the Siva linga (hide in the shrine) before the arrival of this man.
As this man sat for meditation, the preist uttered loudly..
" O! baktha, (devotee) Come to me... Come inside.. I will give you liberation from this world.."
Hearing this the FAKE DEVOTEE, took his heals and run for his life..
My friends have you seen any personalities like this FAKE DEVOTEE in your life..
Please share.. Thanks and have a good time friends:)

It reminds me some of people do the similar silly things~ It is said in our old story that one people always told poeple he loves gragon. Almost all the decorations on his furnitures are gragon. The message was spread to a gragon and it decided to thank to this big "fan". When it showed up, the guy fainted... In chinese, it called ?????Just for you to know~

How have you inserted the Chinese letters inbetween.. Is it possible to do so? You may not be allowed to copy and paste as you have less than 500 posts to your credit.
What is the way you did pal? can you share here?

Hi saivenkaat802003! I find these people so pathetic and at the same time funny and irritating. Sorry for that. LOL! I knew a few of these kind people actually. I see them so very prayerful and are always present on church activities. I see them looking so kind and pious. People really smile at them and give them so much respect. They are rich and people oftentimes say, "oh the Lord blesses them with so much wealth because they are kind and generous." And then you will find out later that they are mistreating their househelp and endlessly cursing people in their employ if things don't work out in their way. Don't you think they are hypocrites too and fake devotees? Take care and have a nice day. :)

Hi friend.
You termed them with right phrase.. hypocrites.. and they are good in providing the lip service.. and their conscience will not be filled with true divinity.. and love to god..
Take care and Enjoy peace within.
