Do you like to go shopping on Black Friday? It's runs in my family, it's like a tradtion. Every year on Thanksgiving we look at the newspaper and see where has the best deals before we head out in the wee hours of the morning. We normally go to places like Toys R Us and Walmart, depending where has the best sales for what we are looking for. DO you like to shop on Black Friday?

I used to shop on black Friday. I gave it up a few years ago. I usually wait and go later in the day after the mad rush. Lots of times the bargains are still available.

My parents do the same thing, but they go on Saturday morning. Most people are so tired out that they do not go out as much on the second day.

I love the crowds to a point actually. Plus all the freebies given early in the morning are worth it to me. I plan on hitting Sams Club
as they have a free breakfast at 5 a.m. Woo Hoo!

Last year was actually the first year that we went. My husband took off work and we went to walmart. It was fun. Ofcourse we live in a small town, so it was really laid back compared to the crowd trampling horror you see on the news lol. Everyone just went in and stood by what they wanted and at 5 am starting throwing stuff in their carts. We might branch out and try some other stores this year.

I've done it for a few years straight now. I slept for 5 hours after a huge meal today. It's now Thursday evening @ 11:30 p.m. here in Minnesota. And the wife and I are heading out at 3:30 for store opening at 4 a.m. for some serious shopping. HAHAHAHA!! There's a Karaoke machine our 6 year old grandson wants badly. HAHAHAHA!!

There has to be something I absolutely MUST have and it has to be almost FREE before I'll brave the traffic and crowds on Black Friday! I did it once, many years ago with my sister-in-law, and what a circus! I prefer to do as much of my shopping online as possible or to give gift cards or cold, hard CASH! That's something that can be used anywhere and never gets any complaints!

I love Black Friday myself. Four years ago, I had some money and my daughters and I along with my parents really racked up on some good deals that day. My father was still living and we had a great time. Times have changed though, but things still stay the same. This year unless I get some cash unexpectedly, I'll be out of it.

yes i do black friday shopping every year. I love it. think its so much fun, and one can usually get pretty good deals. Toys r us is always the first stop on the list. Than usually circuit city. I want to go to bestbuys but their line is usually around the block so I tend to stay clear of that area. Counting down the hours, whooo hoooo
