Sorry if i ask, yet i cant understand if i can post links on this site.
The terms and conditions state you cant use this website to make buisness and you cant even write down your own mail address.
But i see people are not only posting their emails but in many cases even links with referral credit attached. Also i see other users are much more cautios and just say that if you are interested in their links you should PM them. That makes me guess that you just cant post such links openly, but as i was saying others do without a problem.
So which is it? Can you or can you not post referring links?
And if not can you post links to your own website OUTSIDE of your personal Mylot user page?
Thx in advance for any help..bye!

I'm quite profile-challenged so I usually use private messanges for links.
My guess is that if anyone asks you for a link on a discussion, it is ok to post it. Or if it's a regular link, just for advice, without referral program or such, I guess it's ok too, but I'm not sure.
I posted a few links when asked for, long time ago, but I'm not sure whether I got deleted or not.
I hope I'm being helpful!

I don't think you'd get banned, unless you posted TOO MANY links, =)
They'd probably just erase your response or discussion, and take away the money you earned for it.
I posted a few links when asked for, as I told you, and never got a warning whatsoever. But I do think my response was probably erased.
Just in case, avoid posting your links on discussions, besides, if you post links and then your response gets erased, the money you see on your balance isn't real either!
Good luck and happy posting!

It's against the rules to post referral links in discussions and replies, and can cause the reply and/or discussion to be deleted. Yes, you see many people do it because not everyone realizes that they're not supposed to or they just don't care. A lot of people (including myself) choose to put a link in their profile and direct people there. Others, as you've seen, will send it in a PM.

Whoa, I thought that was the only place we were ALLOWED to put links, not we can't???? Awe man, I'll have to check that out.

Starting a discussion and posting a referral link is against the rules. Adding your response to a discussion and posting the referral link is against the rules. If someone asks for it, the best way is to PM them with the info. You can't just go around PM-ing people your links if they don't ask for it.

It is against the rules to post referral links and other personal details here in mylot. Even I have posted referral links when I was new here. Now, I don't do it. I the post will be deleted if it is found. So, why take a chance.
