we're not gods! just agents

so let's admit it, the companies we work in are not really the perfect little things they portray to be. things go wrong and that's just how the world goes. as a customer care agent, i can't really help but FEEL for the customers whose concerns i know are hopeless. of course i can't tell them that. i, as a person, go out of my way to help any customer, but, i as an agent and, okay, a person, have limits too. so i hope today when i go to work, i will make a difference in some person's life no matter how small. but there are just some things that are beyond me. so, i just wish those i can't help won't go psycho and harrass me!
