Hi everyone there,
as a air-travel fan, just like to know which airline is the best for destination BANGKOK.
I've tried many and in last few years stick with Thai Airways. Have to say, not for quality or price, but for some soft spot, as my wife is thai.
My personal experience: Lufthansa, Finnair, Gulf Air, Qatar Airways, Lauda Air, SriLankan, Malaysia Airlines, China Airlines.

Well, well, well, nice to see you here "joahnna18" !
No, i don't like traveling. I LOVE IT !!!!!!! This is the only time time you get the feeling of FREEDOM ! As i grow up in communist country, this mean so much to me. Never been in Macau, but one have to try my luck in casino there. Then i can travel for rest of my life, when i'll break the jackpot ! :)
Happy to hear from you, but too busy to answer fast. Sorry.

Hi "masterviajero", thanks for your comment.
Thai airways are not the best in the world. Old planes, which means, you get bored and tired in just few minutes of the flight. But i'm still using them for "personal" reasons. Which one is the best? Hard to say. Middle eastern airlines are now the newest and cheapest. Newest means, that inflight entertainment is great and cheapest no need explanation. :)
Anyway i prefer direct flights, so the choice from UK is very narrow. Thai, Eva.
See you.

I think Qantas might offer a flight from London to Bangkok. I think they are a wonderful airline with very friendly cabin crew. I flew to Hong Kong with British Airways and kindly gave me an extra leg room seat. They also fly to Bangkok. I hope that you get to try out many different airlines and find your favorite. I have heard that Thailand is known as the land of the smiles.
