Filipino people are rice eaters and the meal is incomplete without it but why others said that eating plenty of rice gains your weight since rice is a food for the heart likewise an energy food. Therefore, rice is beneficial to our health. So,what is the difference between a rice-eater or a non-rice eater?

It depends because for some rice is staple food and some would have trouble if they cannot eat rice. For some, eating rice makes you fat, because it is heavy to the stomach and slow to digest.
I think it doesnt really matter whether you eat rice or not as long as you eat natural and nutritious food.

As u mentioned rice an carbohydrate food with energy only. Difference between rice eter and non rice eaters is the digestive mechanism deviation only. Those non rice eaters mostly have best digestive intentines. Rice eatrs most probably with indigestive persons only. The reason is of their climate and habituations. For example herein south india we use to eat rice daily twice as food we felt propely digested . Whereas in northindia they use to eat wheat products as main with their food in place for rice they felt good digestion. Hence due to climate digestive intestines act vice-versa for rice or wheat. It is my view .
