Dear binny I don't know about how many of us think it made me wise but I know it that it helps so much to resolve the problems and aquiring knowledge whatever I need. With Internet I feel whole world is so smaller and every knowledge is in my hand. thanks

Having been exposed to the internet for more than 10 years now, I'd say that the internet has opened my horizon to the vast world out there, and kept me connected to many people for whom I might not have otherwise communicated with. News events can be researched very quickly, sometimes within minutes of them happening. I use the internet to tap on the vast knowledge-base out there in the world, and from multiple sources too. It has helped me harness information on practically any topic. I would otherwise have to purchase books, periodicals and magazines to get access to such information. When I have a query, I only need to ask in forums and social networking sites, and answers are usually forthcoming even from people I don't know. Without the internet, I have few sources to turn to for help and advice, and I will not be able to tap of people's expertise and experience so readily. I also save precious time talking to people in various ways through email, chatlines, instant messaging, social networking means, and even exchanging images, photos, files and documents. So much exchanges are possible 24x7 as compared to the days where we can only rely on snail-mail. If you take away the internet tomorrow, I will feel crippled like I have suddenly lost an arm or a leg.

The question itself answer your question, why? because of the internet we can interact in a cyberspace and we learn new things like posting message in mylot and earning. Gathering information become fast and easy as compared to 15 years ago when only few people can access the internet, now almost anybody can. ^^

With the internet I have access to a lot of stuff I didn't had before. It has made a big change in my life (to better of course) and I am grateful for that. Information should always be free.
