Do you get your Christmas shopping done early or are you a last minute shopper?

I am a last minute shopper as well. Usually because I am too broke to do it when I want to. LOL

I might start off early, but it always ends up last minute. And this year, with being newly married, having a baby, and my husband going to sea for the first time, it's going to be a race to Christmas Eve!

I would love to hear from experienced military wives. Post to my discussion "Any military families?", please?

It depends. Sometimes, I get myself shopping early because it hassle free to avoid the rush too. But When I found out I have to make some additional shopping spree, then I tend to go on last minute christmas shopping.

I do the same thing every year too. I always say I will get it done early and shop throughout the year, but it never happens. 8 (

My parents want various gift cards for Christmas. I usually wait until December to purchase the gift cards because different companies have different policies about fees after a certain amount of time.

I usually end up buying a lot of gift cards. That way they can go get exactly what they want. I love getting gift cards myself.

Well, my hubby is a wait to the last minute to shop kinda guy..Me on the other hand like to start in August after all school things are gotten and that way if you have alot to buy for you don't have it coming out of your wallet all in one month it is easlier to do.. I try to do this every year and sometimes i succeed other times when they aren't enough money till the last minute..Because bills always come first with us..and now that Walmart is no longer doing layaways in my area anyhow i don't know what alot of families are going to do that is how most get their kids school clothes and christmas gifts... going to leave alot in a tight spot..

Every year I have the best of intentions about this, but I always seem to be scrambling at the end. This year for example, I have been planning since the summer to crochet some of my gifts. It's almost November 1 and I have hardly done any of them. I will either have to get different gifts or get my fingers really busy. (and now that I have discovered myLot, my fingers will be busy with that!).

I'm a bit of both. I currently have 3 gifts already with about 5/6 more to go.
There's usually always something left that I need to get in the days just before christmas though

For the past two years my shopping has been at the last minute. I mean the night of Christmas Eve. I am so awful with putting it off and I get really stressed the day before Christmas.
