i dont but daughter does not but my son loves drinking milk he likes to drink 1 to 3 cups a day it is good for them thanks for this discussion

ick...milk...my mom was the same as yours - she always tried to force me to drink milk daily and always had at least one glass of milk with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on white bread EVERY SINGLE DAY the very thought of which grosses me out to no extent. so now that I am out on my own, I don't drink milk at all but make up for it with lots of cream in my coffee.

I do drink milk daily, especially before going to work and before having my breakfast.

I don't drink milk at all. I don't like the taste of it. But since I still need calcium I take a calcium vitamin. The calcium is why your Mom is after you to drink milk. No matter how old you get you need calcium for your body.
