what do you do when you have over eaten smething

when i eat more that time i prefer to walk for 10 minutes so that every think settle down in my tummy

If I have eaten too much I usually have a lay down or relax in front of the computer or television, if I exercise on a full stomach it makes me feel sick. I like to let my food go down for an hour or two then I will go out and exercise or do the gardening.

Apart from simple walking herein india we use to take a simple eatery called sweet sombu or tiny bit of sweet will do the good digestion very well.

When I fill the time , I like to sit quietly ,only 20 minutes after walking.
Only when you sit quietly in your body will be carried out on your food consumption . 20minutes afer walking ,it is because this time move will help the stomach and intestinal digestion.

Speaking of which, it just so happened that yesterday, in a very rare occasion, I somehow found myself ready to explode after gobbling down not one, not two, not three, but FOUR slices of pizza with sausage included (and no, they were anything but small) from a box that I couldn't resist the urge in terms of buying it, given that it was very inexpensive as compared to other pizza carriers/stores. The pizza itself was delicious, but as we speak, I can't help but to regret making that decision since I'm still feeling the "pregnant belly" effects, so to speak. A couple of hours later last night, I decided to, after work was all said and done for the day, walk from there all the way to my house, which is, on foot, approximately an hour. Not just that, I happened to be carrying 10 pounds of material in a backpack, but as I already mentioned, all those efforts and hopes of getting rid of that feel all came to no avail. Water does help though, but above all, after about 30-minutes of pig-out time, I suggest you take a jog on a treadmill or outside, whichever you feel more comfortable with (or available in some cases).

what i will do is to have a walk after have over eaten something. It help your digest, and make you feel comfortable. In my opinion, never eat so much, it will be not good for your health.
