Will you choose to have a second child?

In china, the country's family planning policy of the late 1970s restricted urban fmilies from having more than one child to control population growth. So at this time most only-child couples don't intend to have two kids even though national policy allows them to do so! Most people would opt for a "DINK" (doubl income, no kids )
How about you ? Will you choose to have a second child?

I'm still single now, but I don't understand that chinese goverment control population grouth. I like kids, so if I get married I will wanna have two children or more, and I think I can give them good education.
I believe that baby will bring laughing to familly.
