Umm...maybe become active in several forums that interest you around the internet. Put in your sig, so that way in every post you make, everyone will see the link, but your not forcing it down people's throats. Another option is to make some blogs and websites. Keep it Simple, and give some personal facts, so that people just don't write it off as a scam off the bat. ;)

My tips are... Make a blog/website. It needs to be literate and seem reliable. Give reviews and advise people on sites which actually do pay you (if the sites don't work, people won't trust you!) and post your referall banner. Tell people about this site by putting it in your profile on forums, if you go about jamming it down peoples throats then you'll become unliked =[
