I have absolutely no will power. I need help. Iknow there is no pill I can take that will help. I know that there is stuff in the kitchen that I really want to go eat but shouldn't. I need to lose at least 5lbs, maybe 10, and I just can't leave the sweet stuff alone. Anything that works? I need to invent a pill that makes me nauseated if I eat sweets! Are there any over the counter products you can recommend?

Weight Watchers worked for several of my family members. More and more guys are joining, so it's even better because husbands and wives can be each other's support.
I drink a lot of water because of a medication that makes me thirsty. I have been drinking so much lately that I have forgotten to eat. And ladies, it is not like me to forget to eat. LOL

Well you could just not purchase these sweets so that they are not calling your name from the kitchen. . after all if its not there you can't eat it right ?
I have the same problem, but i'm not too worried right now about loosing wweight, just about eating properly because i am pregnant. If i wasn't pregnant i would be choosing to eat ALL the wrong things if they are just laying around the house. So i just dont buy that at the grocery storeee!

A lot of people swear by the green tea that comes in a pill form. By the way, do you have a dog? I take my dog for a walk 7 times a day, a couple times not very far, just so he can go to the bathroom. I end up walking 2 miles a day, but I'm not tired because it was done in segments. And walking is walking, no matter when it was done.

Actually, there might be a pill you can take that will help because unreasonable cravings for sweets are generally an indication of deficiency of certain nutrients, at least that is my opinion. Instead of making you nauseated, you want something that will increase your energy level naturally without harmful stimulants. Here is a great article that you might find very interesting about the relationship between adreanl fatigue in women and weight gain and other unpleasant symptoms most of us have experienced:

If that doesn't have your answers, keep searching and keep learning because loss of will power such as you describe is almost always physiologcal, I think. Good luck!

The best way to stop me eating bad food is to find something that I find more interesting to distract me. I get involved in a project and once I have completed it the craving has gone.
Try calling someone, going for a run, doing a chore, organising something etc.
