Do You Believe Cigarette Smokers Are Murders

second hand smoke causes lung cancer that kills. cigarette smokers cause harmless nonsmokers to get lung cancer. doesn't that make them murderers??? their smoking takes away someone's life. everywhere you go, you can't escape cigarette smoke. they're all murderers.

I don't know if i would consider them "murderers", it depends on if the "murderee" has taken every possible effort (within reason) to try to avoid being a vicitim of secondhand smoke. I (myself) can't stand when people smoke somewhere where it is necessary for me to be, i usually make a comment like "diguist habit" or somewhat show my disguist in their habit, esp. that they are doing it around me.
