How do you relieve your day today stress?

I* know every one of us is subjected to some or other form of stress or tension on day today basis which requires immidiate relief! Otherwise that smll stress may grow up into a big problem later on! I know people are sorting for various methods like counting, going in for solving sudiku or liostening to music etc. Destressing spring which we can press with pur hands works quite well but to carry it every where and storing it is really a bit difficult job!Otherday while I was shopping at Mall I have happened to come accross Silicon juggling balls with smily sign on them! The yellow coloured balls will naturally makes one attracted and I purchased a coupole of them! While taking them to counter for paying the bill I realised that their texture is so nice and soothening to press that I felt my stress was getting relieved by pressing this balls just like the detressing spring! There after I am using these silicon balls for the purpose of releving the stress! I am keeping them just on my sofa and they are very handy too! Try next time when ever you come accross with this balls!! I am sure taht you wii find them very useful!By the way how do you relieve your day today tensions or stress?

Hello akrao! stress?tensions?in the modern society almost all are unhappy and living a distressed life.it is a product of the modern life style and food and drinking habits.to come out of stress and tensions you must focus on right thoughts and right feelings.don't get lost in plans and hopes for future,instead, be conscious of the moment.to live each moment as it happens is the wise path and the only way to be truly awake.do chant a mantra OoooM or a sound which you love and focus on the moment of chanting.this focuses the wondering mind on the chanting.do this at least for 20 minutes daily.you will be relieved of stress greatly after some days. besides,attend laughing club and start the practice of laughing as greatly helps reduction of stress hormones in our body. besides,restrict your self to balanced diet,...no drinks,hot or cold.i am of course benefited by this. thank you and good luck.wish you a healthy life.

To relieve stress that 's sometimes so hard. Somes days I get so stressed I feel like finding some place where there is nobody and screaming and screaming until I feel better. Other than that I find it better to talk to a friend about how I feel.

I play football twice a week (soccer that is) and the harder I kick the ball, the less stress I have... If I had silicon balls on my sofa I'd probably end up booting them around the room!
Hard physical exercise is great for stress and obviously good for your body too!

As a graduating college student I really experience lots of stress in different forms maybe and in different reasons. There are some stress caused by my studies, in school including the people inside the school, and there are some stress caused by my family as to something that they did that made me stress or something that others did to them that drives me mad and gives me stress.
Any way, as of now I have lesser stress in my relationship aspect when it comes to family and friends, though I the stress caused by my studies are really really great. I have a lot of projects, assignments which compel my brain to work be creative, to analyze and to comprehend and to think and to think. I can still remember how relax I am before compared to my situation right now. There are days that I don't sleep for 24 hours or many days that I only sleep for 2-4 hours because we have to meet the deadlines set for our projects. The project itself makes me so stressful how much more if my group mates in the project are so lazy and very irresponsible that really drives me mad and aggravate my stress.
Stress might change my physical look, or my action that may also lead to bad health. Before I really wanted to be stress so much for me to become slimmer and to lose up many pounds because many people say that stress is the best medicine to lose weight. Now I realize that stress affects all our body system internally and externally. Many sensitive organs or body parts are destroyed because of stress and another thing is that it makes us all to look older than our age.

So far, I find doing sports very relieving no matter what type of sports it is. It somehow focuses your mind into the objective of the sports. Some can even relax your thoughts. It's not just gonna make you feel good and fit physically but also mentally. The only obstacle is how to get yourself into doing sports (well for me that's the case). I tried to start a few but I never succeeded in continuing them.

Stay calm and focus, and do something you really love and enjoy. For me this includes listening to music, watching sports and use playing on the computer. If helps to get your mind of things when you are enjoying yourself and hence will help in relieving the stress. It works for me at least.

I go the playground to play basketball to relieve the stress,i throw the basketball,one time and another.i make myself tired and try to forget the stress.then have a good shower and a sound sleep. then i will face the trouble in life.

well for me i dont need any other thing than my yoga to relieve my stress.its very relaxing.however i do not think much aobut my problems,because i firmly believe that if something wrong is going to happen,then it will happen.the only thing is that we have to think is find a solution for that.yoga relaxes my mind and rejuvinatrs me.i normally spend an hour on this.i also like the oil massage that my partner odes for me.its again very relaxing.Apart from this i donot need anything.

Hi,there! When I feel stressful,usually I listen to some quiet music,I feel it's a good way to sort our feelings and thoughts. I also write things down or read some books so we can be more clear about the things that happened and those which we need to cope with. I've never tried your way.Thanks for offering this idea.Maybe next time I can have a try:) I do think it's important for one relieve the tension and adjust his/her attitude towards things.Hopefully everybody can find his best way for the stress. Well, if you will ask me. I'd say that I handle stress by simply putting more focus and stay cool & calm as possible as I can. You see, there's a lot of factors that causes stresses and it is up to you how you handle it else, you'll end up either sick - on hospital or worst unstable - I meant mentally unstable.
I think the best remedy for stress is having a balance & healthy lifestyle. And do eat a lot of veggies & fruits as well as drink lots, and lots of water. You will still look good even if your a bit stress. And make sure to laugh as often as you could. Laugh hard till you drop (lol). I usually do it and it really works for me. Watch funny movies, hang-out with your true/real friends. And if you love nature - u can simply look for good sites where you feel relax and at peace.
