I'm not really a cheese person. I guess it would be red leicester or double gloucester. Now if I asked my boys, they wouldn't have a favourite. I think they are all mice in human bodies!

That is a toughy. Kinda depends if I have bread and turkey or not. For those it would be swiss. By itself? Colby or cheddar. Cream cheese on pizza and some sandwiches.
I remember this stuff they called sqeaky cheese. That was good alone.

I love wensleydale cheese as my mother and family come from wensleydale in north yorkshire where it is made. the funny thing is my sons girlfriend has told me that she never liked cheese as a child and the only cheese she liked was wensleydale.
