Tips on throwing a baby shower?

Im throwing my sister in law a baby shower and i need some tips. Maybe even some websites that would help me out. I have basically everything figured out except the food. If anyone has any ideas at all it would be greatly appreciated. Ive searched websites but i havent found anything that seems to help. Also im working on a budget if that helps out. Thanks in advance.
