Disappointed in Office

Hi I am working in a pharmaceutical company as an Office Assistant but because I can handle problem of computer's than some time I try to solve the problem's. I am honesty boy but company is not looking my work and my feeling. I am very disappointed this time so I want everybody's help that What can I do?
