How much download speed do you get

Mine maxes out at 200Kb/s as it is 1.5 Mbps DSL. When I was on cable I could download over 1MBps at times.

It depends on where I'm downloading from. On some sites, I've reached 1,000 kbps. On others, it's as slow as dial-up. On average, I'd say it's 200-300 kbps in Windows. In Linux, it's closer to 400. There are two different tests at auditmypc.com. One of them clocks me at about 21 mbps, and the other about 4.

I have cable net and my speed is about 4096/512 which means I download with about 440 KB/S and upload 60 KB/S. Not much but it is enough for me.
