I remember one time when I had the flu I was in bed for 24 hours and I slept most of the time I woke up a few times but most of the time I was sleeping. I only get about 7 hours of sleep a night.

Hello wseayuan. I think that I could have slept like ten hours at most when I was very tired and sleepy. It would be a great enjoyment for me to sleep for more hours on my days off, especially during the cold winter that we are having now. I miss the bed when it is cold and I usually sleep earlier than I do, compared with the other three seasons. Thanks for your discussion.

My longest sleep was 18 hours! It was while I was still travelling and it was in a dingy hotel in Bangkok! I was so jet lagged that I just crashed for 18 solid hours. When I woke up I was starving and all that was in my room was a packet of dried peas ... they tasted like heaven :-)
Normally I sleep for about 6 hours a night, at a push 5. I become really horrible if I have less.

Hello there. I think the longest I've ever slept was around 20 hours. I just came back from a school camp then and I fell asleep immediately after my bath. I was very exhausted. On the contrary, I remember waking up feeling very tired. I think I sleep too much. Sleeping too much also makes a person feel tired.
