Well...the answer is a pretty obvious one. Eat less (esp. the unhealthy foods) and workout more. Just don't ever resort to the starvation diets because once you finish the "starving", as soon as you start eating again you will gain it all back (if not more, since your bodies metabolism will probably have slowed down). A 30-60 minute jog a day, is enough to get going. Hope it all works out to you, maybe try and find a workout buddy because there are times when you might get discouraged and having someone else relying on you will push you to make sure you complete it. Also, do not set a to unrelastic goal at first, loosing weight takes time and effort. There are no quick fixes unless you resort to surgery (which we've all seen the some of the tragedies that can occur there, ex. Kayne West's Mom). Hope I helped some Babygail42988

Go on a healthy diet and do regular exercise (30 minutes everyday has been recommended by health organisations).
