I believe you're from the Philippines too, I'm sorry to tell you that xoom is not honored by mylot for us to receive our payment here. It is Moneybookers, which we are allowed to us and I believe Paypal has also been allowed lately. I don't have any credit card, in which I believe is a requirement for paypal users. So I registered for moneybookers, which only needs your bank's SWIFT CODE and bank account.

But my problem is I dont have any bank account or credit card either. They say you can use Xoom the get your money from paypal even if it is unverified. Is it true?

Hi! I have the same problem. Im also from the philippines and I dont know if i can send the money in my paypal account to xoom and into my bpi bank account. So have you had any developments? Have you tried it already? I noticed you posted this 9 months ago...
